Let the Emotion flow

Forge ahead.  Take care of business. Take care of Self.  Nurturing we say, is the best.  Release to us what has bound you, and we will transmute this heavy energy that you’re feeling.  You have taken too much of this on your Self, in your way of thinking as a Human.  Remember, we can help you to level this out, but you must let us do this, so that you will feel the effects upon your Mind, Body, and Soul.  You are capable, but sometimes you take on too much, because of how capable you are.  So, you must learn to Release, to Delegate, and to Accept.

Acceptance is the Key we say to this dilemma; now that you have. Accept that you cannot do it all. Accept the flow, and go with that flow, knowing it is perfect for a time.  Later, we will Shift and you will know when that happens.  It is done.
